CARLA! OVER HERE!
Stanley, could you smile again please?
The moment has passed hasn't it? Never mind, I'll sort it out in Photoshop
I virtually gave up in the end.
I was rather hoping you’d say ‘it gets better as they get older!’
Silky photoshop skills there!
HOW COULD YOU TELL??
You have to take HUNDREDS of pix to get the good one or two! That’s the beauty of digital photography. OR, put two pix together!
Yeah, I thought about getting an SLR that could do decent burst, but opted for the waterproof / shock proof compact instead. So I’ll just have to cheat.
LOL nice try 🙂
Have two kids myself and getting them to both smile it tough, but never thought of photoshoping 🙂 Brilliant !! cute idea for a blog post !! Lovely kids too !
There are lots of services that will do this for you for a fee…check the replies when I tweeted this out!
I have teens & college kids…the picture taking gets “sparse”…..cherish those askew Kodak moments, if that’s the worst issue you have to face in child rearing, a not perfect pic…well….you found the secret to life.

Just to be clear, this is not the worst issue I have to face in child rearing. I am still seeking the secret to life.
In answer to your question, because it’s their job to mess with your photographic objectives. BTW, terrific job with photoshop, you totally rocked the results! Just think, from now on you’ll barely need them to bother asking them to look at the camera…
